Refund policy

Before you return a merchandise, please take a moment think about how our products are made. Our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique different from each other.

Still we believe in satisfying our customers, and therefore have a liberal.

How do I cancel an order?

  • If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  • If your order is already shipped then it will be eligible for replacement. This will be done only if there is any defect found in the merchandise.
I just requested to cancel my order. When will I receive my refund?
 
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

How do returns work?

Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.

For returns, you can write to us within 24 hours of receiving the package mentioning your Order ID.

We will personally attend the issue. Please make sure to preserve its original condition, product tags and packaging.

Apart from condition earmarked herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
  • Any merchandise that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
  • Any merchandise that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
  • Coupon, sale, clearance and promotional items are also not eligible for a return or exchange.
